Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On July 2, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a DNA rocketing vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 1km from around 289, Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul to the front road of about 907-54, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
B. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents
At the time and time indicated in the port, the above vehicle was driven while under the influence of alcohol, and the road of four-lanes in front of the shooting distance in the Yang Jae-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, 907-54, Yang Jae-gu, Seoul, was driven at a remote distance range of the Doe 1 Dong Office from the 2nd intersection of Young-dong.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim E, such as climatic salt in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim G, such as climatic salt in need of medical treatment for about three weeks, injury to the victim I, and injury to the climatic salt and tension in need of medical treatment for about three weeks, and other injury to the victim K, who was on the k7 vehicle, necessary for medical treatment for about three weeks, and injury to the climatic salt and tension in detail.
