Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2013, the Defendant, along with wife C on February 21, 2013, boarded at the back seat of the taxi operated by the victim D (the age of 63) and arrived at the vicinity of the building in Dongjak-gu Seoul, a residential area of the Defendant.

After arrival at the above place, the Defendant continued to leave the back of the driver's seat locked by the victim even though the victim was faced with danger, and the victim got out of the back of the passenger's taxi by opening the rear door, and sound "I am out of the front, why we see, why we see, why we see, and why we see, I am off and continue to sound."

However, at around 21:30 on the same day, the defendant tried to kill the victim without being able to do so, and went back to the place where the victim gets a cab by using the kitchen knife (m) in the defendant's dwelling place.

At around 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant tried to kill the victim at the right chest of the victim by finding the victim in front of the building and driving the kitchen knife one time, but the victim was snife, who is in need of about 4 weeks of treatment (4 cm in length, 5 cm in depth) by avoiding the victim at the moment.
