1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The current status of the land 1) Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 567.9 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

(B) As stated in the separate sheet, the section (hereinafter referred to as “instant land”) connected in sequence to the two points, 2, 3, 4, 8, 8, and 2.

(ii)the portion of the ship (hereinafter referred to as the “instant section”) that connects each point of the Daehan, Do, 8, 7, 6, 5, and 44 (hereinafter referred to as the “C&D”) in sequence is the land.

A) After completion of the registration of initial ownership relating to the instant land. Then, the registration of initial ownership transfer relating to the instant land and the instant Gowon building was completed on June 19, 196 by the Seoul Southern District Court E voluntary auction procedure and F on June 19, 1996. 2) G completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of “sale” on March 26, 2002. 3) H completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of “sale” on April 17, 2003. 2) on each of the instant land on May 17, 1976 and June 23, 197. 1/4 shares were purchased from each of the instant land and acquired 1/2 shares in total on June 30, 197, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land list (hereinafter “the instant tenement”).

After that, with respect to 1/2 shares in the instant land and the instant tenement house, ① the I completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance by consultation and division on July 24, 2007.
