A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, etc.

1. 3. Accordingly, the defendant has a legitimate duty of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
