1. Defendant B, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K are attached Form 3.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relationship 1) The Plaintiff’s each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) is specified only by the parcel number when individually referred to the instant land.
(2) On August 28, 2014, the Defendant C signed a real estate trust agreement and a real estate security trust agreement with respect to the instant land, with co-owners listed in the separate sheet No. 2, and maintained sectional co-ownership relationship with respect to the instant land. On August 28, 2014, the Defendant C trusted the Plaintiff’s share in the instant land and the building owned by the Plaintiff, etc. on the instant land to the Gan Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd.
As described in Paragraph (1) above, among the land in this case from Defendant Republic of Korea, the specific parts of the land in this case are distributed by Defendant C. Defendant D is a person who purchased the specific parts from Defendant C and then sold them again to the Plaintiff, and Defendant B, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K are successors of L who received a specific part from Defendant Republic of Korea (the death of March 11, 1980) from Defendant Republic of Korea, and their inheritance shares are as listed in the attached Form 3 inheritance shares.

1) On August 23, 1954, the land of this case was divided into Ma 3,275.5 square meters, N 287.5 square meters, O 1,283 square meters as a co-owned property partition on August 23, 1954. On August 15, 1961, M 3,563 square meters due to the combination of the above M and the above N 3,563 square meters. On May 14, 1962, P 94, Q 538 square meters again from the above land were divided into 994 square meters, Q 531 square meters, and 2,031 square meters remaining in 4 square meters (Seoul Metropolitan Government M 2,031 square meters, P 94, Q 94, P 938 square meters, P 13, P 198 square meters and P 283 square meters, 203 square meters following the land substitution disposition.
