A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2011, the Defendant was released on October 26, 2012 and the parole period expired on January 14, 2013 while serving in prison for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective weapon, etc.) at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court.

1. Crimes committed in a Handphone store;

A. On March 2013, 2013, around 15:00, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant by force the Defendant’s duties, such as selling the victim’s cell phone for approximately 50 minutes, by entering the D Handphone store managed by the victim C in Asan-si, Asan-si, with a view to putting the victim into his/her cell phone, and putting the victim with a view to putting his/her singing in his/her cell phone, making the victim talking with his/her voice, and driving away from his/her cell phone.

다. 2013. 4. 30.경 업무방해 피고인은 2013. 4. 30. 10:00경 가항 기재 장소에서 술에 취한 상태로 위 매장에 들어간 후, 같은 피해자로부터 매장에서 나가 달라는 취지의 부탁을 받고는 피해자에게 “뭐! 이 새까야! 씹할 새끼야! 내가 화가 났기 때문에 너희들을 이 자리에서 다 패주겠다!”, “내가 한 대 때리면 너희들은 기절한다!”, “너희들! 일 끝나고 밤길 조심해라!”라는 등의 욕설을 하고 소리를 지르며 손님들을 내쫓는 등 약 30분간 피해자의 휴대전화 판매 등 업무를 위력으로써 방해하였다. 라.
