A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1206] The Defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room in the trade name of "D" in Goyang-dong, Busan Metropolitan City C.

1. Any person who intends to run a singing practice room business in violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act (a running a singing practice room business) shall register with the head of the competent Gu;
