A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 29, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.161% from the 3km section of the blood alcohol leveling from September 29, 2015 to the 60-distance road near the elementary school via the new road district of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, through the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, Nowon-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, through the new road district of the members of Ansan-si.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle of Category C.

On September 29, 2015, at around 00:45, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, and proceeded bypassing the four-lane of the 60-lane 4-lane 4-lane in the vicinity of the 3-lane elementary school at the center of the members of Ansan-si in Ansan-si along the direction of the 4-lane 4-lane in the direction of an elementary school near the 3-lane 60-lane.
