Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2016, around 15:55, the Defendant expressed the victim C (45 years, female) who was a woman living together with the Cheongju-si building No. 102 of the Cheongju-gu Building No. 102, and expressed the victim’s desire to take care of his or her mind that he or she would no longer live.

On the other hand, the defendant continued to have the victim's face face 5 times a week, and 5 times abuckbucks, and suffered injury on the treatment days, such as having the victim bucks with losses caused by a buck bed.
