1. On June 20, 2014, the Defendant’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff for five years against his/her officers (including his/her subordinate officers).

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. The facts of recognition 1) The defendant is a clan naturally created by C's descendants, and the plaintiff is a member of the defendant's clan. 2) On June 20, 2014, after deliberation by the board of directors, Article 30 (3) of the Rules of the defendant clan (hereinafter "the Rules of the clan of this case") and Article 30 (2) (2) of the Rules of the clan (hereinafter "the Rules of the clan of this case") against the plaintiff, Article 30 (2) of the Rules of the clan of this case (hereinafter "the Rules of the clan of this case") are related to the misconduct in relation to the property of the clan, which seems to be a clerical error in Paragraph 1 (b).

The grounds for disciplinary action are as follows: “The instant disciplinary action (hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”) shall be 5 years for the suspension of executive officers of the class “(s)” (hereinafter “the instant disciplinary action”) and the Plaintiff was notified on June 27, 2014.

Article 8 (Regular and Extraordinary General Meetings) The general meetings of the clans shall have an ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.

1. The ordinary general meeting shall be composed of the clans present at the beginning of October every year;

Article 29 (Detailed Rules and Regulations) The detailed rules and bylaws necessary for the operation and performance of the clans and the promotion of their duties shall be enacted, amended, and ratified by the General Assembly.

Article 30 (Rewards and Penalties)

3. No member of a clan who has injured his/her reputation to a clan or a clan, such as verbal abuse, assault, defamation, or immigration, shall participate in his/her service;

5. In the case of the above 1, 2, 3 and 4, it shall be referred to the board of directors for deliberation and resolution, and reported to the next Congress.

Article 3 (Punishment) of the Punishment Regulations (Punishment) Any member who commits an act falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished:
