Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, installed each temporary building of approximately 45 square meters in a greenhouse of 105 square meters in a greenhouse house, using steel pipe, etc. around July 26, 2013 on the land on which the land category in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and D (34 years of age) is former, and changed the form and quality of the land by raising 30 morries in a greenhouse of 105 square meters in a greenhouse house, and raising 30 morries in a greenhouse of petage, and using a plastic house as a landscape plant, etc.

The Defendant did not comply with the above corrective order without justifiable grounds, even though he/she was ordered by the head of Gangnam-gu Office to take corrective measures on February 18, 2014, and to restore to the original state on March 11, 2014.
