A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2015, at around 10:30 on October 12, 2015, the Defendant received a demand from the public service center located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for a request from the personnel D, etc. of the public service center to make a disturbance due to his/her failure to properly compensate for the damage in connection with the fraudulent incident that he/she suffered.

However, the defendant did not comply with the request for withdrawal without justifiable reasons until the police officer dispatched after receiving a report around 14:20 on the same day and receiving a report around 112 on the same day arrives.
