A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2019, the Defendant received a text message from the Defendant’s cell phone to the Defendant’s cell phone, and received a proposal to the effect that “I will withdraw cash to send a physical card and bring it to another account for the purpose of transferring it to another account.” On February 2, 2019, the Defendant attempted to assist the Defendant in committing a crime by taking the front and rear side of the check card sent to the Defendant, and sending it to the Defendant with a string account connected to the strawing account used for receiving the money from the strawing organization (hereinafter “the strawing account”) according to the order of the above strawing box. On April 2019, the Defendant received physical cards (H) connected to the F (G) account in the name of the E, which was sent to Kwikset through Kwikset service in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and sent information on the above physical cards to Kwiksetman through D.

On April 12, 2019, an employee in the name omitted shall call the victim I to a lending company's staff at a non-place and misrepresent him/her to open a Maspbook. It is possible to open a Maspbook where he/she redeems the money after obtaining a credit card loan due to a lack of transaction balance." On the same day, the employee in question shall have the victim remit the money to the above E-F account under the name of the JJ on April 15, 2019, and shall withdraw the money from the place of the Switzerland by using the 2580,000 won information on the said E- card.
