Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2010, Defendant A sentenced ten months to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. at Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) on January 3, 201, and the execution of the above sentence was terminated on January 3, 201. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for eight months on January 16, 2014 due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. in the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s Support, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 24, 2014.

Defendant A, “2014 Highest 620,” like D, B, and E, intended to operate a “G” game site registered as a sports facility business on the 2nd floor of the east-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F2, Dong-gu, and D provided the above game site. Defendant B, and E together offered 30 numbers of the above game site, and H offered the role of a person registered in the name of the above game site and the head of the principal office, I, J, K, and L to work as an employee of the above game site.

No one shall engage in speculative business by using machines, instruments, etc. which may instigate speculative spirit, such as slot machines and speculative gaming implements, in addition to speculative business.

Defendant

A From November 27, 2012 to December 20, 20:10 of the same year, after registering a sports facility business in the name of H in the above game site from November 20, 2012, Defendant A, D, E, and B: (a) install 30 lines of horse-riding game not classified by the Game Rating Board; (b) exchange 10,00 won from the Kabter with one ticket against customers who find the place in charge of money exchange operations, such as doing harm to money exchange; and (c) exchange 10,00 won from the Kabter; and (d) exchange 10,000 points from 3,000 points to 10,000 points to 10,000 points to 20,000 points to 10,000 points to 20,000 points to 3,00 points to 3,00 points to 3,000 points to 2,000 points.
