1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 22, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
(a) A claim for a loan of KRW 520,00,000 (for credit items: D: date of expiration of the credit period: June 29, 2019), based on a loan agreement of KRW 520,00,000 on March 15, 2012 (for credit items: date of expiration of the credit period: June 28, 2019) against the Defendant of C, as part of the principal remaining as of January 28, 2019, KRW 150,000,000, and statutory delay damages thereon;
B. The foregoing bank, via E Co., Ltd., assigned the F limited liability company around September 28, 2016, and the said limited liability company in succession to the Plaintiff around June 19, 2017.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
