Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] Epician is a facility for fostering and protecting children who do not have parents or are difficult to rear due to family circumstances, and Defendant B’s president, Defendant A is a life guidance teacher, Defendant C is a nurse, Defendant C is a victim F (4 years old), G (9 years old), H (10 years old), 13 years old, J (14 years old), K (n, 14 years old), L (15 years old), M (15 years old), N (n (n, 17 years old), P (17 years old), and Q (16 years old) is a child who is a child of the above Epician.

1. Defendant A

A. From June 30, 2012 to June 30, 2012, the Defendant abused the victim’s children by taking advantage of the fact that the victim’s Ma, the victim’s N, and the victim’s H did not clean up at the Epeta playground from June 16:0 to June 21:30, 2012, on the ground that: (a) the Defendant did not listen to the Defendant’s horse; (b) doing so; and (c) doing so for approximately four hours without hearing the horses, such as having the child take a heavy disadvantage; and (d) making the child take a bridge and arms in the playground, sit, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, or take a attitude in the same manner as breaking the Oba; and (d) doing so on the ground that the Defendant did not properly take punishment, and doing so, at the same time, by taking advantage of the assault and supervision of the victim’s H, the victim’s children under protection and supervision, the victim.
