Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months from the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On September 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch, and was released on August 14, 2013 and the period of parole was expired on January 30, 2014.

Criminal facts

1. Habitual theft;

A. On May 2, 2014, at around 13:00 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant intruded the victim D’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Namnam-gun, by the entrance, into the inner entrance, and owned a cash of 200,000 won, a net gold-in one, a 18km, a net gold-in one, and a 18k earbing one property worth 1.20,000 won in total.

The Defendant habitually stolen property worth KRW 1,722,00,00 from 27 victims to 1,722,00 in total, as shown in attached Table 1, from the beginning of October 2014.

B. Around August 16, 2014, the Defendant collected the agricultural bank deposit passbook in the name of E and released the amount of 470,000 won and passwords in cash services, which was taken up in the name of 113,00,000 from the Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosungng-gun, Gosung-gun, Kim Sung-gun, the 10,000,000 won of the withdrawn amount, and then withdrawn in cash services.

In addition, the Defendant habitually stolen 4,380,000 won from three victims on three occasions in total, as shown in attached Table 2, from that time until September 24, 2014.

2. On September 24, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around 15:23, the name column of “F” and “F million won” in the item column of the account number column using a pen on the paper of a written request for deposits kept at the 33th location of the Busan National Agricultural Cooperative, a member Dong-dong-ro, Busan National Agricultural Cooperative.
