A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special violence;

A. On October 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 09:0 on October 7, 2018, around 09:0, the Defendant: (a) reported the content of the victim’s conversationd with other women and letters using a mobile phone in the victim’s cell phone; and (b) sent the victim’s face and chest, and knife the victim’s knife, which is a dangerous object in the main room, with the victim’s double knife at the end of the knife.

2. Around 07:20 on October 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to change his/her card and passbook in the process of leaving his/her own body within the victim’s house in Bupyeong-si, Ma; (b) the victim refused to do so; (c) the victim’s face due to drinking; (d) the victim’s left bridge and left arms, which are dangerous things in the place, were placed on the back, and then, (e) the victim suffered injury, such as catum salt, etc., for about three weeks in need of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
