A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who mediates sexual traffic in the Makao Special Administrative Organization of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Makao") (hereinafter referred to as "Makao") with the ship of the nationality of the People's Republic of China, B (C), and D (E).

Accordingly, B and D prepared a accommodation in Mcaro, and managed the above Korean women, and the Defendant, by using the name of “I”, and by arranging the women such as J and K to enter into a mutually unsound hotel in Mcaro by boarding and leaving them into the same hotel, thereby gaining profits in the aggregate of KRW 15 million from July 2014 to December 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, D, F, G, etc., engaged in commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
