Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the provisions of prohibition of a disturbing speech and behavior inside or outside the polling station shall refuse to comply with an order of the official in charge of advance voting management or voting clerks to refrain from a disturbing speech and behavior within a 100-meter radius from the advance polling station or advance polling station or to oppose a specific political party or candidate;

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, destroyed one of proportional representative ballot papers received for advance polling, such as assault and disturbance against persons, facilities, etc. related to election affairs management.
