1. From June 19, 2014 to November 27, 2014, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 31,825,593 out of the amount of KRW 45,751,51 and the amount of KRW 31,825,593.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On November 19, 2007, the Plaintiff lent 65,000,000 won to A by November 19, 2012, and the interest and delay damages by November 19, 2012.
The defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations.
B. As of June 18, 2014, the foregoing loan amounted to KRW 31,825,593 as principal, KRW 45,751,51 as principal and interest, and KRW 14.13% per annum.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by applying the rate of 14.13% per annum from June 19, 2014 to November 27, 2014, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint from June 19, 2014, and 20% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment.
