1. On August 12, 2011, the Plaintiff’s Changwon District Court Decision 201Hu374 decided May 12, 201, where the construction cost was paid to the Defendant.

1. An order for payment was issued on August 12, 201, 201, citing the Plaintiff’s claim for construction cost in the Changwon District Court Decision 201j374, was rendered, and became final and conclusive on September 1, 2011, 201.

Nevertheless, since the defendant did not repay the debt based on the above payment order until now, the plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription for the claim established by the above payment order.
