Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million with a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court on September 29, 2009, and on November 4, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine for violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court on November 4, 2013.

1. On October 26, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 13:30% of blood alcohol level, driven a C-bridge vehicle over about 1 km from the front day of the Cheongju-si 1012, the Cheongju-si Do 1012, to the roads near the ludician.

2. On October 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a drunk driving report from the slope E belonging to the D District Unit of the Cheongju Police Station D District of the Cheongju Police Station, which was called on the road near the Cheongju-si, a considerable amount of Cheongju-si, on October 14:35, 2013; and (b) without any justifiable reason, took a bath to stating, “Choe . Nee . N. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ... ... ... 107cc in length, 3cm in diameter) that was dangerous after the driver’s seat, and obstructed the Defendant’s execution of duties on the crime by chering it to E.
