Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, at the beginning place of the original transfer in Sucheon-si, entered the ship which was anchored at the ben place, and stolen the things in the place.

1. Attempted special larceny;

A. At around 02:19 on September 28, 2015, the Defendants combined, and around 02:19 on September 28, 2015, the Defendants reported the network from the breakwater at the above landing place, and Defendant B attempted to d's coastal complex fishing vessel E, which was anchored at the landing place, to color the air conditioners, etc., and to steals the victim's property. However, the Defendants did not commit an attempted crime because they did not commit a stolen object.

B. At around 02:20 on September 28, 2015, Defendants combined and attempted to see the network from the breakwater of the above landing place, Defendant A, and Defendant B, entering the coastal complex fishing vessel G of the victim who was anchored at the landing place, to view the steering house, etc., and to steals the victim’s property, but did not commit attempted to commit any stolen goods as they did not exist.

2.
