1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 448,884,508 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 20, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company with the business of manufacturing and selling sanitary paper products, trading business, etc., and the Defendant is a stock company with the business of manufacturing and selling water dust.

B. From April 2013 to October 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the water price as the raw materials of the water price manufactured by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant trade”). The water price of the Plaintiff and the Defendant was imported from Chinese manufacturers and supplied to the Defendant.

C. In the instant transaction relationship, the Defendant calculated the amount of the price to be paid to the Plaintiff by means of multiplying the weight (kg) of the original unit supplied by the Plaintiff by the unit price per original unit.

The defendant did not pay the above transaction price immediately, and paid part of the outstanding amount to the plaintiff at the beginning of each month.

The amount of the outstanding claim against the Defendant is KRW 448,884,508 up to now.
