1. Basic facts

A. On April 15, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a service agreement with Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheon Sacheons Sacheon Sacheon Sacheons Sacheons, who participated in the tender of the above service, and received KRW 51,835,00 as the price for the service.

B. On August 17, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant to subcontract the landscape design guide and guidelines (hereinafter “instant service business”) with respect to the environmental design of the said service contract, and agreed that the service cost shall be KRW 25,00,000 (including value added tax) and the service cost shall be KRW 30% of the contract amount within seven days after the interim report is completed in September and KRW 70% of the balance payment within seven days after the submission of the final report.

C. The duties that the Defendant is obliged to perform under the instant contract are as follows.
