The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2014, at around 12:45, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victims, who were in the outdoor parking lot of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 176 World Department Store C (A. 35 years of age) and the Defendant’s left hand.

However, this court has a duty to submit personal information to related agencies pursuant to Articles 42(1) and 43 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes when the suspension of sentence becomes invalidated in accordance with Article 61(1) of the Criminal Act.
