Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2012, the Defendant, at around 19:00, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount because the Defendant did not pay a sum of KRW 40,000,00 from the victim, even though he/she did not pay for drinking alcohol and drinking alcohol, even though he/she did not have an intent and ability to pay the amount.
