Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B with the driver’s license for each vehicle.

On April 16, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.229% from blood alcohol level to 0.55%, and proceeded to the right-hand side of the D parking lot in front of the said parking lot at the seat of the department store located in Ycheon-si, at the right-hand side of the said parking lot. On the part of a person driving a motor vehicle, he was negligent in driving the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol while neglecting his duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering devices and brake devices, and by neglecting his duty of care to prevent accidents in advance. On the part of a person driving the motor vehicle, the Defendant sustained the injury of the said victim E (n, 45 years old driving car) who was parked to the right-hand side of the D parking lot to the right-hand side of the Defendant, by shocking the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle into the front part of the said victim’s vehicle for approximately three weeks in need of treatment and injury to the Defendant.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) Defendant 1 driven a B driver vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.229% in a section of about 1km from the front of the restaurant in the Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, to the D parking lot in the same city C.
