1. Summary of the parties' arguments;

A. The plaintiff's assertion (1) The plaintiff asserted that the plaintiff had been living together with the defendant while living a married life with C, who is the defendant's father. The plaintiff asserts that the plaintiff has a duty to compensate for the loss of the family due to the plaintiff's failure due to the circumstances such as excessive participation in the family life of the plaintiff and C, which led to the failure of the family and the divorce with C, which led to property damage and mental damage as follows.

B. The plaintiff's claim is not clear what the legal basis of the claim is, and it is not against the defendant, and it should be dismissed.
