A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was a person engaged in the business of driving B-wing and high-speed cargo vehicles. 2. The accused of the violation of the Road Traffic Act shall be at the same time and place.
