Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2015, between 12:40 to 13:15, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim D (56 years of age and inn) who is an employee of the restaurant to “the time dead,” and (b) caused the victim’s lawful restaurant business by 30 minutes, including where the victim d (56 years of age and inn) took a large voice to take a bath while drinking alcohol in the “C cafeteria” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
