The defendant connects each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 13, 12, and 1 among the area of 902 square meters prior to Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu.

Since there is no dispute between the parties as to the fact that trees and landscaping stone are planted or installed by the defendant in the attached Form (B) of the land listed in paragraph (1) of this Article among the land owned by the plaintiff, the defendant is obligated to collect or remove all the above trees and landscaping stone as described in paragraph (1) of this Article.
