A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall gamble by using a website of the Internet sports culture operated by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation for the Olympic Games and by a person other than an entrusted business entity.

Nevertheless, on May 3, 2011, the Defendant visited B, which is a website of the Internet private sports soil and deposited KRW 500,000 into the national bank account (Account Number: D) in the name of C.

In addition, from around the above to August 20, 2012, the Defendant deposited total of KRW 231,098,999 in the operation account of the above site including the above account over 330 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and operated gambling using the Internet private sports earth site.
