A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social work personnel who has worked for 20 luminous viewing as a luminous viewing.

Social work personnel shall not leave their office or fail to serve in the relevant field for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant left service without justifiable grounds for at least eight days in total, including six days from August 8, 2019 to August 16, 2019, September 1, 2019, September 27, 2019, September 1, 2019, September 30, 2019, and five days from October 1, 2019 to October 8, 2019.
