Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Reconstruction Association.

The head of a reconstruction association shall comply with a request within 15 days, where members of the association, owners of land, etc. request perusal or reproduction of documents or related data concerning the implementation of an improvement project.

On May 19, 2015, the Defendant failed to comply with the request by June 3, 2015, even though he/she requested copy of documents concerning the rules of association on reconstruction projects, the list of owners of land, etc., the agreement on the selection of the contractor (G), the settlement agreement of the contractor (G), the project implementation plan, the details of monthly deposit and withdrawal of funds, etc. within the office of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu and 2nd D Rebuilding Association.
