A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2013, during the period of Ansan-si, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Plaintiff paid KRW 20 million to the Plaintiff with the card that required the registration fee of U.S. and the registration fee of U.S. in Australia Lel sports program. The credit card installments changed to KRW 370,000.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have been neither at the Dong National University nor passed the Boston University in the United States, and his father or mother was neither the head of a hospital nor a university professor, and neither he nor she was the vice president of Samsung Electronic nor a student studying in Japan, and the victim's registration fee for the Australia U.S. Institute was carded.
