1. Basic facts

B. Upon the application for voluntary auction by the National Federation of Korea National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, this case’s factory was commenced by this court B, etc. (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”). After the contract expires, the farming cooperative may purchase the tank facilities of this case with its residual value on the account book after mutual agreement between the two parties. The farming cooperative should not sell, lease the tank facilities of this case, set up security, or take any other action, and the farming cooperative shall not raise any objection against the removal of the tank facilities of this case.
