1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant newly constructed a hotel with the name of “E” (hereinafter “E”) on the ground of the D and two parcels of land in Seopopoposi, and at the same time sells it to the general public for each guest room, and at the same time, entered into an entrusted operation contract with the buyer to promote the so-called “profit-type hotel sales business.”

B. As to the hotel room of this case, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract and a consignment agreement with the Defendant as follows.
