However, on February 2, 200, the judgment by deeming the “creditor” to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant” (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act), and the Defendant submitted only a formal written objection with no particular content after being served with the original payment order. Since the Defendant did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting any specific written response, it is deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to a confession.
