A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【Criminal Power】 On December 18, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the port of the Daegu District Court.

(1) On July 30, 2020, the Defendant driven an E-high-speed car at a distance of about 200 meters from the south-gu apartment to the adjacent road of the D real estate located in C, in the direction of approximately 00 meters, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.117%.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
