Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2013, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) administered approximately 0.05 g of the psychotropic drugs, at the Ekystar passenger’s vehicle, which stops at the entrance of the D parking lot located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, in a way of hanging at the coffee.
