Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the above fine is not paid, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2015, the Defendant driven B Lone Star bus without a driver’s license from around approximately 2.4 km to the front road of the flooded house located in the Samyang-dong from the front of the Samyang-dong Medical Center in Samyang-si, Samyang-si around 09:40 on December 31, 2015.
