1. Indication of claim;
A. The grounds for the claim are as shown in the attached Form “the grounds for the claim.”
(b) The legal interest rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment shall be 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, in accordance with the provisions concerning the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
