On August 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in which blood alcohol content was 0.139% or higher on June 12, 2011 and a violation of the transport laws (driving) in which blood alcohol content was 0.086% or higher on June 18, 201.
