Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported on August 12, 2019, around 15:30, that a vehicle of neighboring residents C was only passed on the street B in front of Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-do; and (b) made a patent obscene act by openly displaying his/her will and her sexual organ in the manner of getting out of it.

2. Around August 20, 2019, the Defendant committed a publicly obscene act by openly displaying the sexual organ to C in the same manner at the place described in paragraph (1) around 09:31, August 20, 2019.

3. Around August 22, 2019, the Defendant committed a publicly obscene act by openly displaying the sexual organ to C in the same manner at the place described in paragraph (1) at around 17:40 on August 22, 2019.
