1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff: (a) returned from Vietnam on August 1, 2014 to request the Defendants to keep the movables listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant movables”); (b) however, the Defendants embezzled and occupy the said movables without title; (c) accordingly, the Defendants seek payment of KRW 3,00,000 when it is impossible to deliver and deliver the said movables.

In this case, only the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff has the duty to keep the movable property of this case.

It is insufficient to recognize that the Defendants possessed the said movable property, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
