Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On April 14, 2016, the Defendant appealed eight months from the Daegu District Court’s Branch Branch of Port Area to be sentenced to larceny, and is still pending in the appellate trial.
