A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to two million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From March 30, 2018 to June 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 70,000 from E, a sexual buyer, who reported and contacted the advertising phone posted on the Internet site “D”; and (b) instructed F, a sexual traffic woman, to engage in the act of similarity in a way of impairing sexual organ with his/her entrance and hand; and (c) caused many unspecified sex buyers to do the act of comparison with sexual purchasing women by the aforementioned method from March 30, 2018 to June 18.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

Circumstances unfavorable to the reasons for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order: A strict punishment is required to eradicate the voice-based sexual traffic, such as the instant crime; circumstances favorable to arranging sexual traffic using Internet site advertising: The confession and reflect of all the crimes; the primary offender is the Defendant’s age, character and behavior, environment, family relationship, motive and consequence of the crime; and other circumstances shown in the instant pleadings, such as the circumstances after the crime, shall be determined as ordered, taking into consideration the following circumstances.
