Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 23, 2014, the Defendant, at the “C” coffee specialty store located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, a female victim’s bridge on his name in front of the coffee, using the Defendant’s Samsung Ggalthro, using a non-flue camera balon of Samsung Talthon 2 Handphones used by the Defendant, on a short balthro, with a car equipped with a verification-flucing one on the balthro, and taken a bridge.

The Defendant, in light of the date and time indicated in the above Paragraph 1, taken the amblance of female victims on his name, waiting to wait for subway as soon as possible in the light of the same manner as the written in Paragraph 1, from the subway platform in the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

3. 피고인은 위 제1항 기재 일시경 지하철 서현역으로부터 불상의 장소로 이동하는 지하철 전동차 안에서, 위 제1항 기재와 같은 방법으로 빨간색 핫팬츠 차림으로 지하철 좌석에 앉아 거울을 보고 있는 성명불상의 여성 피해자의 다리를 촬영하였다.
